Following medical school at the University of New South Wales, Dr Boshell completed his internship and residency at Westmead Hospital.

He completed his specialist training in Diagnostic Radiology at St Vincent’s Hospital. He then went through Interventional Radiology fellowship at St Vincent’s Hospital. Dr Boshell is currently a consultant Interventional Radiologist at St Vincent’s Hospital and Sydney Adventist Hospital.

Dr. Boshell has special interests in peripheral vascular disease, pulmonary vascular disease, dialysis access intervention, venous disorders, and interventional oncology. He performs minimally invasive procedures to treat peripheral arterial disease (PAD), vein thrombosis, venous reflux and varicose veins. He is well a recognized leader in Yttrium-90 microsphere radioembolization, as know as selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT).

Outside of the hospital, David spends time with his wife raising a young family.
